Their peak hours seem to last very long and it rarely works. Of course, they might be doing some maitenance, but for me it's just a scam, trying to make more people pay. The free accout features were less and less visible and easy to find on this site, and now it's come to this. Seems a natural proces :-/

If you read the notice on the site, you'll see that the free non-member downloads are still available, just rather bandwidth limited for a few days. The notice says:
