He's got far more money than he can spend or most of us can imagine, and he likes to be in the spotlight. It doesn't hurt his lines of business either... the more he can put his "Virgin" name in front of us, the more revenue he ultimately generates.
For him, it could be nothing more than being a little outrageous from time to time out of vanity, he can afford to do it, and as advertising campaigns go, these sort of stunts are probably very cost effective for his brand.

Funny video and pics of Sir Richard Branson with a gorgeous lady on a pool! But this ainīt the first time that I see Branson clothed on a pool. Maybe Mr"Virgin Group Boss" is also an addicted on swinning fully clothed!;D
